Disposal of electrical and electronic appliances

As Zubler, we take responsibility for our products throughout their entire life cycle. This naturally includes the obligation to protect resources and the environment and extends to recycling.

Active protection of the environment means correct recycling and everyone can make an important contribution to this. So that valuable raw materials are returned to the material cycle and not to incineration or even to nature.

This is why we take the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment, also known as the WEEE Directive (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment), into account right from the development stage. The aim of this directive is to prevent waste from electrical and electronic equipment and to reduce it through reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery.

In Germany, the national implementation takes place with the “Act on the Placing on the Market, Return and Environmentally Sound Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ElektroG)”.

What must be observed when disposing of Zubler waste electrical and electronic equipment?

The “crossed-out wheeled garbage can” symbol means that the appliances marked with this symbol must be disposed of separately from unsorted municipal waste.

Zubler electrical appliances are products for commercial use (B2B products). These devices may NOT be handed in at the municipal collection points for electrical appliances, but will be taken back by your trading partner or, in Germany, directly by Zubler.
